Title: Intro to IVYSTRENGTHS
Audience: Those new to Strengths
What will you learn?: In this two-part series, you will become familiar with all 34 of the StrengthsQuest™ Themes and begin to learn what it means to Recognize, Affirm, Develop, and Apply your strengths.
Title: Snow White & the 34 Dwarfs – Maximizing Strengths in Teams
Audience: Those interested in how strengths can enhance team dynamics
What will you learn?: In this workshop, you will learn how a strengths-based model can be utilized in the working culture as well as in small groups in the classroom.
Title: Integrating Strengths into the Classroom
Audience: Open to all Faculty
What will you learn?: Here you will glean insights into what it means to “teach from your strengths”, how to help your students apply strengths to their academics, and how strengths are already being utilized in various Ivy Tech classrooms. There will also be brainstorming discussions on garnering new methods of strengths classroom integration.
