Ivy Strengths believes...

  • ... that a student's potential is best realized through their strengths. Our ultimate goal is to create a learning culture whereby students:

    Recognize their Strengths.
    Affirm their Strengths.
    Develop their Strengths.
    Apply their Strengths.

Through this process, students are in a better position to achieve their academic goals and find increased fulfillment in the next stages of life.

OK - remind me to never watch TV with you. Seriously though, I loved your view of accepting and valuing other's strengths. I wonder if we come across someone with our same top 5 strengths in common- would we like them or would we clash with them. This world is full of different types of people with different backgrounds and yes, different STRENGHTS. The trick is valuing the different strengths that we come in contact with. Learning to work with those who approach things differently than we do is a win, win! Identifying and accepting our own strengths is essential but learning to tolerate and appreciate others for their strengths is equally important.

Hello Jerry,

Perhaps your wife would enjoy taking some interior design courses. I would be glad to give her a tour. (Always thinking about those numbers)
